by request of wbx@, add a clause
| autostop) ;;
to all cases inside all init scripts so that we won't have any
errors on shutdown. the alternative would be
| autostop) exec $0 stop "$@" ;;
of course, for packages that want it.

also bump all patchlevels again *sigh*

attention: mechanical commit. please read diff and fix breakage
if you are package maintainer.
