Message:

• add the database scheme as a string to the source
• data.h -> extern.h, it'll contain prototypes of functions etc. too
• add protos for fgetln(3), strlcat(3), strlcpy(3) which are missing on glibc and thusly added to the build (from ../paxmirabilis/)
